I had a really great experience with MyTub and would definitely recommend. I wanted a plinth heater and accessories but was struggling to find the particular model I wanted anywhere and the one place I did find it, it was at a hugely inflated price. Im so pleased I found MyTub. I gave them a call and after holding for a short time theyd sourced my product and said they could provide it at a much more competitive price than Id found elsewhere. Perfect! It was delivered a few days later and was just what I wanted. A really great experience and very much appreciated. Thanks....

Quality products at a reasonable cost. Items were delivered as soon as they were available from manufacturer. 1 of 6 items found to be damaged but was immediately organised to be replaced.
Overall a Good service and good communications by Mytub and i would use again....

I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. I was kept informed of progress throughout the order process, even when my order had not come in as expected you told me then a week later you told me my order was dispatched. The item is exactly what i wanted and is now fitted and working perfectly well. You were the best value for money and I would use you again....

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on my order.
The people I have dealt with and the actual products are fine but the overall service I have received is the most chaotic of any internet order I have ever made!
To cut a long story short, a large number of e mails led to my order being delivered on 3rd September - or so I thought!
2 of the 3 items were actually delivered with no mention of the third.
After more e mails, delivery was arranged for pm today 7th September. Just to add insult to injury, The missing item was delivered at 11:20am and it was only by chance I arrived as the van was about to leave.
To sum up, my straightforward order took a stack of e mails, a lot of time arranging various people to wait in to receive it and eventually a bit of luck to complete it!
