After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier. Very pleased with the service received and the prices which were less for the same product ordered a year before from another website. The original delivery had some damage to the packaging of the wc resulting in some minor scratches to the pan. A replacement was dispatched and received within days. Impressive. The missing flush button came from the manufacturer which took a little longer. I would definitely recommend this company....

Dear SirMadam, I found your website very clear and easy to use and when I found the part I needed ordering and payment was quick and easy. Update e-mails were useful but my only complaint was that delivery was 1 day late.I did not require the part urgently so it was not a problem.l would recommend mytub to my friends....
