Incorrect picture shown against product, resulting in having to phone mytub to confirm correct item would be sent. Helpful sales advisor confirmed picture was incorrect, but right product would be sent. Website was updated and now shows correct picture for product. Items delivered. Would use mytub again....

Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. Very pleased with the toilet seat and the price. Delivery was a bit slow 8 days from order but then I wasnt in a particular rush and communications from the PlumbCenter were good....

I did wonder when I had an e-mail delaying delivery confirmation for a week, but 3 days later delivery was was confirmed and Sunvic valve and actuator arrived on the day quoted. I will have no hesitation in buying from you again....

Order was not delivered on the day specified in the order update e-mail which was very inconvenient as someone had to wait in all day. However when we raised this issue we did receive a quick response and the sink arrived the next day. The sink is great and as described although we were a little surprised that it arrived with no protective packaging. In this instance the sink wasnt damaged but it would be very easy for a sink like this to be damaged in transit without any protective packaging.
