Certainly prices for the Mira spares I required to stop my shower dripping were the best on the web (though not by that much), however what a slow delivery service! Why 10 days for small items? In the end I went elsewhere and had the shower repaired and drip free before the order arrived....

I can only compliment you on exemplary service. You took care to provide exactly what was required and took the initiative to keep my cost to a minimum. Your communication was also first class. Many thanks. Highly recommended....
