I am very disapointed by the service you offered to the extent I would postively recommend others not to use your company. To advertise products for sale, then not be able to deliver them till over 30 days after the order has been placed is not acceptable. To insist that when buying two products it is necessary to pay seperate postage on both seems unreasonable. Considering the value of my item plus the fact it was of heat resistant glass, I was amazed upon collecting it from Plumb centre how poorly protected it was. It just had one wrap of bubble wrap around it, my son collected it for me and to him because the glass was intact he signed for it. But when I unwrapped it one of the fixing lugs was bent and I had to straighten plus the facial chrome has scratch marks on it that show in place. I had enough hassle trying to find a replacement in the first place and could not face any more to put that right. Had it been packed between 2 pieces of strong material I could well have received it in good condition. Not very happy. ...
