In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. I do think your charges for posting and package expensive. After waiting a week I telephoned your office to say that my kit had not arrived. I was impressed with the lady who rang your High Wycombe branch and I received the goods the following day....

The price and service were good, though the dealy from placing the order to delivery was rather long (several weeks). In practice it didn't matter in this case, but normally I woudl not have wanted to wait so long....
