I have found the service very efficient. I searched everywhere for this product and you were the only place to have it in stock. Was sent an email saying it would be 14 days delivery, it arrived the next day so that was good, but clearly don't really know what's going on. Delivery costs quite pricey for something that costs less than a £1 to post.
