Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. My order was fulfilled on the date originally advised. But of course when I placed the order I didnt expect to have to wait 2 weeks for the item to arrive. I think I should have been warned beforehand about the probable delay. One thing I must comment on though is the excellent system of communication after the order was placed....

So pleased I was able to still buy the correct vermiculite for my Valor gas fire. I bought a cheaper pack first, of a different brand from another company, which had larger granules. Unfortunately, I found it caused quite loud popping noises when the fire was on. Using the correct vermiculite bought from your company has made all the difference. Also, it was delivered within good time....
