Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. Appaling service . It took 18 days to deliver this item and that was after three phone calls by me asking you when the item would arrive. Victoriaplumb deliver the next day. You need to sharpen up or go under.

Very sorry for the delay with your order, however this item is obsolete and Ideal Standard have a two week delivery for thier obsolete items as standard, please feel free to contact them direct for confirmation.
Thank you for your advice re VictoriaPlumb, we are in a totally different market place to them. VictoriaPlumb sell cheep unbranded rubbish (in our opinion) imported in bulk from China, stocked high with massive profit margins slapped...
