Youve been great Christine especially at keeping me informed of the progress of my order and of its delivery date. Unfortunately the local courier or supplier based in Peckham, south London, I think he said on the phone didnt deliver it to us last Friday as youd said would happen but today, Monday. However they too were very good on the communication front, despite the disparity of dates, and the delay didnt hold up our builders. So thank you! Although my order was delayed, there was communication throughout. Customers do not get annoyed because a delivery has been delayed. Most people are reasonable enough to understand that things sometimes happen which are beyond the companys control. What customers find annoying is when the company cannot be bothered to keep them informed.
I was fully informed on progress practically on a daily basis and the item was actually delivered 6 days earlier than estimated. I am happy and particularly impressed with the level of customer service....
