Overall, a not very good experience, admittedly dealing with a tricky problem. Let me first say though that the staff I corresponded with were absolutely first rate- a credit to you.
Having said that, It took over two months to locate and ship the part I was looking for, despite having been promised it would be delivered much earlier. Also, the punitive shipping charges meant it was nearly as cheap to buy two as one- so I did. I guess this means you do not want small bits of business.
Finally, and not really your fault, the part I was sent was not a copy of what I was trying to replace. It looks like the supplier has tried to produce a universal part to replace many minor variations on the same theme that have been produced over the years. It did not fit. Re Delivery.
On the order form I added that the part could be left in a safe place.
Only to be told that it would have to be signed for.
When I emailed on the day asking for an idea of a time, I was told that the delivery was on its way but that you didnt have the drivers itinerary and couldnt give any time.
Eventually, late afternoon, the part arrived.
If Id have known that you had a tie with parts centre I could have picked it up at a branch.
All other companies I deal with deliver to a safe place nominated by me.
I wont say I wouldnt use My Tub again, but I would think twice about it....
