Excellent update system kept us informed as our items progressed towards delivery which was exactly as per quoted date prior to order.
Items were well packaged and in very good condition.

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. You didnt tell me the items were not in stock until after i had placed the order. Thats a bit sneaky as other suppliers tell you before you place the order and give an estimated delivery date. I suggest you start doing this as next time I will be more carful in placing an order with you until I have looked at the other sites forst....
