We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Also, communications were excellent - none of the usual experience of phoning one person and finding they knew nothing about what youd discussed with the previous person - everything was seemless. While I was very impressed with the speed I received the first part I ordered, I actually ordered 2 of them & have yet to receive the second. The delivery note suggested that one was being delivered & one was on back order, but so far it hasnt turned up...
