Order process - spot on, very helpful lady at the 'my tub' end made the initial purchase very simple

Item arrived promptly, is just as described. An excellent service all round. I particularly like the fact that you ask for feedback. So many companies are not interested once they have sent the goods....

Dear Sir
Exrtemely happy with your service. A delivery date was given, the delivery was made on that date, the driver was very courteous and friendly. All requested items were delivered.
I would use your service again and certainly recommend it.

I bought an Ideal Standard shower door. Very happy with the price and whole purchasing and delivery service including receiving an email checking that I had ordered all the parts that I needed for the installation. Very happy to recommend and will use them again. ...

Goods due 05 08 2013. In spite of glitches with this order your customer service has been impressive. You have sourced alternative fittings and I have been kept informed of progress.
Thank you. ...
