Easy to place my order, had a concern about delivery time because of a prior commitment, but a quick email back to you and delivery was altered to pm
Customer service was excellent then, also when I received my order and had to phone about a fitting that I thought were missing.
10 out of 10 for product and customer service

Very helpful responses, good communication and prompt delivery of product which needed extensive sourcing.
Thank you....

I needed this component in a hurry so went with who ever had it in stock. £12 for a five day delivery time is expensive for what is a small part especially as the order was actually fulfilled by a company local to me a few miles away in West London and not by the company I ordered from who are based in the North East. Ill be looking more closely at local suppliers in future....

Excellent service thank you very much for sending so quickly. You have saved us having to have a new boiler. Would certainly recommend your services....

Thank for trying to supply me with the parts but without the O rings the job cannot go ahead.
Will have to think about what to do next.
The main thing is I now know about you.
Cheers ,Ian Garrod...
