Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Excellent customer service, good prices and fairly quick. However out of the three towel rails I ordered one was scratched and another leaked. Exchanging was not a problem but obviously we had to pay a plumber to come out again.
