Very prompt replies. Good service. Slow despatch explained by company. However I felt the price for postage was exorbitant and would not shop again for this reason. ...

It all worked as it should have done, and I received the kit on 28 March, having placed the order on 21 March. That was quite satisfactory, but when I placed the order there was no information about delivery time, or availability.
I had to make a phone call to get this information, which I dont think I should have had to . Not quite as slick as some sites.

Thank you so much we received the sink and taps all in tact by courier.
Really great service, especially seeing it was the only sink in the country.
