PCB part safely received and fitted by plumber. Pump restored to good working order thank you....

Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time....

Excellent service, nothing else to say about it....

Delivered promptly, not well protected but carried indoors: look OK, but lid not yet removed. Thank you....

Great service & communication from Mytub. Although initial item was wrongly sent out from manufacturer, Mytub kept me up to date with my order & were very quick to rectify the issue.
Many thanks...
