The replacement shower enclosure arrived yesterday and was in good condition. Many thanks for all your help - you have been very efficient and polite throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to use your company again and recommend you to others. The shower is looking great - yeh!...

The item we ordered below was damaged when we opened the box, it has a chip on the front.
Would it be possible to replace this item
The plumber also asks is there a fixing kit for this item, we plan to hang it on the wall.

Thanks for sorting my order. Advertising the parts at a price you couldnt deliver at caused a delay on our job. And sadly a lot of the parts were damaged, which wasnt your fault, but compounded our delays issues on getting this job finished. ...

The heating elements i ordered unfortunately took 10 days more than the 3 weeks delivery promised and that was at a critical time due to the cold weather period in the New Year. But I was pleased with the price and the assistance when I rang was helpful....
