I have only good to say about the execution of my order. I was kept informed of how my order was progressing, it was delivered within a few days of ordering, and was delivered the on the date I was told and within the time scale on the day. The young lady on the telephone when I first enquired was very helpful and the young man who delivered it was very polite and carried the parcel, which was a sink and quite heavy, into the house. Thank you to all concerned and I would not hesitate to use My Tub again....

Order arrived safely on time, well packaged. Items are correct. It is satisfying to know that elements from ancient toaster are still available at reasonable price. I shall be looking at "Mytub" again when I need parts for domestic appliances....

Very good service. The order was slightly delayed but I was kept fully informed. Unfortunately the supplier omitted some fixing screws, however MyTub responded quickly and sent out a set of screws immediately. Excellent customer service. Il not hesitate to use them again....

Sink and tap are better than anticipated, always a problem when ordering just from photographs.
Delivery was a bit of an issue, stock not available but then it was available. Dispatch did keep me informed. Arrived on the day stated and the sink and tap in perfect condition. Just need to install it now:...

Mytub was easy to contact, I spoke to people on the telephone who knew what they were talking about and if uncertain would look into the matter and get back to me with reliable information. i could see the conversation history by using the contact us form. I was kept me up to date with my order process via emails. A company that deserves to do well. ...
