I collected my ordered items from PTS, just around the corner from where I live. Your service has been extremely efficient and reliable. I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Product matched expectation. Delivery was inconveniently delayed but service was exceptional.
I was kept well informed and knew mytub were proactively working to sort things out.
