Im really impressed with the service from MyTub. I was contacted by phone and email regarding a problem with part of my order, offering a suitable substitute, and the order then arrived exactly at the time I was given.
I havent yet installed the new sink, but it seems to be good quality and exactly as described. The website was easy to navigate, and I am delighted overall with the excellent service they provide....

Product info on web site excellent, prices competitive.
22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order....

MyTub have gone way beyond the extra mile in fulfilling my order after items went missing in the post. Even though the problem was not of their making, the customer service team have been second to none and they stayed fully focused on my order until all issues were resolved and for this they have my gratitude.
In general, I found MyTub very easy to deal with and the whole experience for me was positive as they provide an excellent level of service, quality components and very keen prices.
Ordering was very easy through the desktop website and although I did not have need to use the mobile version, I have no reason to think that there would be any issues....

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. Very good service. The order was slightly delayed but I was kept fully informed. Unfortunately the supplier omitted some fixing screws, however MyTub responded quickly and sent out a set of screws immediately. Excellent customer service. Il not hesitate to use them again....
