In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Good website which is very easy to navigate. Excellent prices which are very easy to pay. My only moan is why it was not possible to tell me that one item was out of stock with the manufacturer until the day delvery was due. Communication with me was good when thi happened - though too late to be practically useful as opposed to "just reassuring". Of course when youre buying over the internet, reassuring is very important when there is a glitch. All in all, a very crieditable effort by real people who do their best - which is not at all bad....

After some delay in delivery due to being in lockdown and NHS requiring urgency on their washroom needs ,I was eventually given an acceptable date which got delivered as promised , so I am pleased with that . The product a washbasin tap was as requested and looks good . Yes I would deal with the company again as they keep you up to date with delivery progress....
