The sink I ordered was damaged when delivered but a quick phone to Laurie had a replacement winging it's way to us within a few days. No fuss, no problem. The delivery driver with the replacement waited until we'd unpacked the new sink and checked it before leaving. Great service....

I was kept informed of progress throughout the order process, even when my order had not come in as expected you told me then a week later you told me my order was dispatched. Order took a couple of weeks to get, but it arrived on the original estimated delivery date as promised. Considering that these parts are no longer manufactured this was incredible, communication was excellent.
So I have no complaints and would certainly use more often...

My order was dealt with efficiently. There was a wait for the item, which was made clear when ordering, but we were kept up to date about the expected delivery date which in actual fact was sooner then expected. Would definitely use again....

Very pleased with the products. Was able to put the on my existing gas fire with no problem. I was relieved I could still get replacement coals as my fire is over 10 years old. Slight confusion regarding delivery but this was sorted out quickly. ...
