In spite of your advice that this delivery required a signature and in spite of my
presence in the house all day on Jan 16th the goods were not delivered.
On the morning of Jan 17th a neighbour brought the thermostats which had been left in their porch in full view and without your delivery man even ringing the doorbell.
We have the items but I do not consider this to have been very good service....

The MyTub website was easy to use, I found the items I was looking for very easily, and the whole process right through to paying for my goods was very simple. Appaling service . It took 18 days to deliver this item and that was after three phone calls by me asking you when the item would arrive. Victoriaplumb deliver the next day. You need to sharpen up or go under.

Very sorry for the delay with your order, however this item is obsolete and Ideal Standard have a two week delivery for thier obsolete items as standard, please feel free to contact them direct for confirmation.
Thank you for your advice re VictoriaPlumb, we are in a totally different market place to them. VictoriaPlumb sell cheep unbranded rubbish (in our opinion) imported in bulk from China, stocked high with massive profit margins slapped...

Very, very impressive service for an on-line retailer !...the office kept me informed at all stages of my order and delivery both by e-mail and from the office even spoke to a "real" person who was very helpful !
