Ordered a bathroom cabinet panel on Monday. Received a phone call on Wednesday asking if it would be ok to deliver it that day, which it was. I received it early evening on Wednesday. All in all a first class service and would recommend to everyone....

My order was dealt with in a very efficient manner, and when I did need to speak to a member of staff, they were helpful and offered good advice. My order was delivered on time and well packed. I would use Mytub again. Thanks for your good service....

Overall, a not very good experience, admittedly dealing with a tricky problem. Let me first say though that the staff I corresponded with were absolutely first rate- a credit to you.
Having said that, It took over two months to locate and ship the part I was looking for, despite having been promised it would be delivered much earlier. Also, the punitive shipping charges meant it was nearly as cheap to buy two as one- so I did. I guess this means you do not want small bits of business.
Finally, and not really your fault, the part I was sent was not a copy of what I was trying to replace. It looks like the supplier has tried to produce a universal part to replace many minor variations on the same theme that have been produced over the years. It did not fit. Your website was easy to navigate with a huge range of products at excellent prices. I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. Delivery was quickly rearranged but it was more convenient for me to collect from a local depot. Thanks....
