I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. You had the exact part for an old model fire which was great, and from order to delivery was only a few days. Again, well done. The only thing that I struggled with, was the option of collecting from an outlet, of which I think were 755 places. I couldnt find the locations anywhere. Perhaps for trade only All in all great service and would use you again ...

I was very impressed by the fact that the swing arm which Id ordered arrived within 24 hours of your receiving the order made on Saturday on the Monday morning. Our plumber would have been happier if it had been accompanied by suitable boltsscrews to fix it with but that wasnt actually a problem.

The price and service i received from MyTub was mostly very acceptable, the only concern was knowing a definite delivery date sooner and perhaps a slightly quicker delivery would have been good....

Thanks for bath....arrived as advised.
Happy with bath but not with handles as they are much wider than those on the alto 70 width bath.It is not your fault and having spoken to Ideal Standard find that they do no provide an alternative which is a pity
I dont suppose you know of a possible alternative
