Delivered my items in good time, but had to contact the company to ascertain the delivery day, then found out that two aeration tubes were broken, i then contacted the company who then sent replacement parts but had to wait a week, then had to contact company again to ascertain delivery date again. Excellent service throughout. Pleasant and helpful staff from initial contact to delivery driver. Particularly impressed by the regular delivery progress reports and the rapid delivery its-self.
One comment you may wish to consider - the delivery note from "Wolseley required a signature confirming that goods were received in Good Condition. This is unrealistic . It would be more reasonable to either delete this statement or give an alternative stating "Goods not Checked at time of Delivery"....
