when they say they will do they do - delivery happens costs are good and price check is honoured.
Kept informed at all stages and apologise if something is not quite 100% even though its not critical or detremental.

Another great load of customer service from these guys, as I am not there, give yourselves a well deserved pat on the back! My order was so small but this didnt seem to matter, still made me feel like a special customer. If I were a plumber I am not! I would use these guys all of the time. So refreshing that there are companies out there that still go the extra mile to keep customers informed.

Had to wait a week for the part, but didnt mind as it was cheaper than other places. However I was kept updated at all times by the friendly customer services staff.

The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought. Bit of a delay - 1st because out of stock, then something went wrong with the delivery order. But they kept me advised and and,when it did arrive, all ok and at good price with free delivery on order over £25.
