We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. The item was as described, well packed and easily fitted. I would recommend the company and would use again....

I cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic level of service offered to me by your sales representative Christine. Not only were your products competitively priced but were needed at short notice by me, Christine arranged 1 item locally for me to collect same day and sourced another item and organised next morning courier delivery. OMG the service received from mytub has been amazing. Having ordered the incorrect item Laurie was so helpful in chasing the supplier, copying me in on the regular chaser emails. There are not many companies that provide this level of service today. They did not give up until I had the correct loo seat and fittings. Thank you so much. I cannot recommend highly enough....
