Delivered to wrong address which took a couple of days to find. Delivered to "Hawthorn Lodge" rather than "Hawthorns". Not your fault at all just a sloppy carrier. We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find.
