I was kept informed of progress throughout the order process, even when my order had not come in as expected you told me then a week later you told me my order was dispatched. My ordered items are as described, and delivered on a day date that tailored my convenience. I did specify within the notes of my order the day date, for which was acknowledged by a representative through email and delivered. The service was great, the price great, perhaps to improve further the efficiency of the company, a time frame could have been allocated 7-12 or 12-6 as examples. Otherwise, excellent service and I would recommended mytub in the future....

It was unfortunate that the first delivery of my item was lost in transit but full marks to myTub as they kept in helpful communication with me and sent a replacement item shortly after me reporting the non-delivery. I thoroughly recommend this company for their efficient and friendly service....
