Received geberit concealed cistern within 5 days, tried to fit Saturday and found part missing. Had to wait till Monday to advise of this missing part. I was told to leave it with customer services and they would get back to me. In the meantime I spoke to the manufacturer and received the part next day. Four days past not a word from My Tub. Well done Geberit not so well done my tub, just a call to say what was happening might have helped...

They supplied me with difficult to find obsolete tap cartridges at an acceptable price. So I can keep my old taps that are still in excellent shape. Delivery was very quick. Thanks MyTub....

Thermocouple was fine but I thought the package & post costs of £5.99 could be better, I am sure you could improve on it....

I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. I do think your charges for posting and package expensive. After waiting a week I telephoned your office to say that my kit had not arrived. I was impressed with the lady who rang your High Wycombe branch and I received the goods the following day....

Very pleased with the service that we received. The part arrived promptly from the other side of the world. There was an issue with the cost of the freight to start with but that was rectified and we were very happy....

Prices very competitive, delivery took a while, I guess as you had to order the parts to send me. I ordered 3 and only got 1 but I didn't realise till two weeks after order arrived so didn't feel I should mention it.

very good service. mailed on sunday to ask how long to get part.mail reply early monday morning.ordered 10.00am monday and delivered to door tuesday 2.00pm.it was only a knob for a gas fire but postage was cheaper than other sites.can only recomend site....
