After some delay in delivery due to being in lockdown and NHS requiring urgency on their washroom needs ,I was eventually given an acceptable date which got delivered as promised , so I am pleased with that . The product a washbasin tap was as requested and looks good . Yes I would deal with the company again as they keep you up to date with delivery progress....

Really helpful service when I enquired over the phone. Order process online quick and easy. Delivered within a few days and driver was also friendly. The seat was a little different to the original but I supposed the old one was 8 years old - still looks ok and fits properly, but it might be worth mentioning to other customers and having more photos from different views on the website. Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was. Took 2weeks to deliver, took money from my account straight away. When I advised them I no longer needed the part as my plumber had to go else where to carry on with my boiler repair, I was the one who had to pay for the return charge. Very disappointed an will not be returning to use this site!!...
