To get a VAT invoice with our letter head please login to your account
> Go to My Orders (top left of site)
> Click on the order you wish to print an invoice
You will then see in the order details page;
VAT Invoice:
Click this to print your VAT invoice.
I think this is what your looking for.

Thanks to the tenacious efforts of Brenda and Christine you have been able to locate and supply a vital, but rare component for my very old boiler. Without this part the boiler would probably needed to be replaced. I was constantly informed as to progress, always in an efficient and courteous manner. Although, the unit was unavailable at the time, and the delay was a number of weeks, once informed of the scheduled date, the date was stuck to, and I dealt with well informed staff, and keen to "find out" rather than "fob off" attitude, and they were happy to help. Arrived in decent packaging and kept informed over automated e mails as well as brain behind email when requested for information. Good to deal with....
