Excellent communication all the way. I tried to order a shower that turns out wasnt in gold. Before sending the chrome version, the team noticed that other parts on the order were in gold so contacted me to check before the order went ahead. Prompt delivery and good communication. Confusing stock check feature which goes off to some form about nationwide distributors. I just added it to the cart and bought it from the product page, but nothing said you had it in stock. Would it have told me if it was unavailable

Order arrived very quickly once I had managed to place order. Found website very annoying to use for a first order and nearly gave up.
Cannot see why a single order for a small item cannot be ordered over the phone with a credit or debit card especially using something like PayPal....
