I couldnt be more pleased with either the service or the quality of the product I have received. The packing of the fragile items was absolutely superb now I only have to get rid of the MOUNTAIN of polystyrene bits which really did their job. The delivery by City Link far exceeded that offered by unreliable myHermes, so I sincerely hope My Tub sticks with this courier.
I was also impressed with the quickness with which my initial email enquiry was dealt..... a reply within about 10mins or so, gives a brilliant impression of the kind of service that an eventual order will receive.
I will not hesitate to recommend MY Tub to anyone, especially as I have just noticed the Price Match offer on the website.
Thanks fora brilliant transaction.

Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine, she corrected the mistake. I would have been more comfortable to have dealt with her all along. Sincerely Jennifer Mathias...

Dear Sir
Exrtemely happy with your service. A delivery date was given, the delivery was made on that date, the driver was very courteous and friendly. All requested items were delivered.
I would use your service again and certainly recommend it.

Good points - Item arrived promptly, well packed and as described. Efficient service for a replacement part.
Negative points - My inbox has 11 emails from them, most of which were not necessary. Courier carriage charge of £7.20 was excessive for an item that could have been posted by Royal Mail for £2.80....
