Hi guys - the part arrived in good order, but the packaging could have been better. It arrived in a card-board box with the part placed in the bottom and the padding piled on top. It would have been better to put some padding into the box first - then the part - then the padding to sandwich it between the padding. However it seems to have arrived in good condition....

Payment options - like a lot of people I use a debit card for payment. Debit card isnt one of the options, you have to use the "credit card" option and presume that also covers debit cards.
Make it clear and incorporate "debit card" as an option please.

We ordered three aeration tubes for our gas fire. When they arrived one of them was damaged so we contacted the supplier to explain. Within a very short time we were contacted by Steve who apologised and said that a replacement would be with us the following day which happened right on schedule. We have no complaints. Because they arrived later than I expected 13 days after order I will not have time to assemble and install before going on holiday so cannot comment on quality of product yet. The service I received from My Tub can only be described as 1st class. I dealt with Christine and she bent over backwards to help me.
Ordering was painless and I received my order by 10 am the following day.
The web page is both comprehensive and easy to navigate and if you don't see what you want a quick phone call will solve most problems.
I will most certainly used My Tub again without hesitation.
