The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. I rang prior to placing my order and was told it was in stock and if ordered would be with me in 2 or 3 working days, I placed the order and was emailed with the confirmation giving a much later delivery date, this was disappointing but I had paid and the price was good so left the order as it was. The screen arrived on Friday as stated and within the time I requested and I am pleased with the item. However because of the delay between when I was originally told I would receive the item and when we eventually did some inconvenience was caused.

The Honeywell CM927 Programmer ordered via MyTub worked absolutely fine once the binding process had been initiated twice, this with the original RF receiver.
The service provided by MyTub was within the scheduled delivery time.
The product received has proved satisfactory and reliable.
