I was really concerned when your email gave the delivery date of by 31111. As the part was needed immediately I rang your customer services department on 211011 and this was looked into. I was pleasantly surprised to be told that the part was on its way and would be with methat day which it was. Now fitted and working perfectly. Was pleased with service but would be better if the email gave the correct delivery date to avoid my panic. Thanks. ...

Many thanks for your help. I did contact the manufacturer and I spent a great deal of time on the internet finding possible suppliers.
It appears that the part is definitely unavailable and I am now having to replace the cooker, even although it is still in "reasonable" condition.
I would like to say that your service has been way beyond what I had expected and that you have gone out of your way to be extremely helpful.
It will not be forgotton.

I cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic level of service offered to me by your sales representative Christine. Not only were your products competitively priced but were needed at short notice by me, Christine arranged 1 item locally for me to collect same day and sourced another item and organised next morning courier delivery. Service: Excellent, I was kept informed of delivery dates, and item arrived early on the day specified.
Product: This was a replacement part for a bolier timer. The picture on your site was the same as the original, but the one sent to me was different. I assumed it was a more recent part, and as it was the same size and had same connections, I have fitted and it works fine. So not an issue at all but might be worth mentioning this on the site, and changing the picture.
Desktop website was easy to use....
