I bought a Riello R40 G10 burner from MyTub about a year ago as retrofit for a 30 year old oil boiler which was in otherwise good condition. The choice and fitting of this burner was non-trivial and I received entirely excellent advice on these matters from your sales team. When I placed my order there was an initial blip with regard to delay in the delivery date However, this was very quickly resolved. The interest for the customers needs was noteworthy and reassuring.

This order turned out to be a long drawn out affair as I was after a discontinued basin. The first one turned up damaged, the second one was the wrong item, the third one was correct. MyTub kept me fully informed of the situation throughout the process and we got there in the end resulting in my customer being very happy....
