Order arrived Friday one week after I ordered it. I was in no rush as I just wanted to replace a water filter. However, ifsomething had been broken and needed urgent attention this would not have been a good service compared to many other internet trading companies.
Price good especially as I ordered enough filters to get free delivery....

No negative feedback. There was a lead time but that was indicated up front. Your supplier were also good enough to call me with a status update. Goods arrived today, inside the stated lead time. Very happy with the service. DB...

first class service right up to the point of delivery... the delivery guy was in my wife's words "the rudest delivery, i have ever had", the guy just grunted "sign ere..." my wife then asked if he had a pen and he just said "no".... he then mopped off to the van and then put the package on the floor by the door and walked off!!!! seriously no manners.... sorry to say this would put me off using you again....
