First impression counts! I telephoned this company to enquire if they could supply me with a high efficiency, fast recovery Grade 1 copper Cylinder with 28mm coil, constructed for thicker copper sheet 1.7mm2mm rather than normally produced copper thickness cylinders.
The company representative who took my initial enquiry was very competent, quick to grasp what I wanted, he suggested options for me to consider, then rang me back within an hour to provide me with a detailed quotation inclusive of delivery. I accepted the quotation and asked for representatives to contact me to arrange payment, and subsequently provide me with prior notification of the delivery date.

I received the part next day and the part works. It is an obselete part so I did, there can be no doubt whatsoever, pay an inflated price. I am glad, however. to have the part and there are only a few left in the country so we’ll done Mytub. It arrived in a manufacturer’s box, well packaged. I have the part an I-76 controller and my Uponor underfloor wet central heating system is working. I am grateful to mytub for having the part, and I must say the staff were extremely polite and kind and pushed through at speed the order. I did pay £12 to get it in the 1-2 day delivery facility and in fact it arrived the next day. Super chuffed. Service was excellent. I placed an order and received both confirmation and anticipated dispatchdelivery details.
I also received a further e-mail to advise that the parts that I had ordered would be delivered on a specific daydate within the expected delivery timescale and the parts arrived, exactly as advised.
An excellent aervice all round.

All seemed to go very well until the delivery didnt turn up on the promised day. I chased it and Customer Service was very helpful and the basin turned up a working-day late, so all was well in the end.
