The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. When the wrong product was delivered apparently the fault of the manufacturer that dispatched it, Laurie did a good job in sorting things out. It was nice to have the personal service - definitely came across as a real business that cared, not a call center....
