Yes thank you I received my order,everything was fine,the only problem was there were no screws sent with the spacer. I have made do with screws I had in the house, just as well I had them. I am sorry this is not the best of feedbacks,but it is the only thing I can add.

I have just spoken to the manufacture & they inform me the screws should be in the back of the fire & so are not supplied with the spacer.

I am happy to say that the diaphram washers have arrived at last and they are exactly what we ordered at the start. The wrong washers were sent originally and it took ages for the correct ones to be sent despite the inconvenience of not being able to use the cistern for so long. This has been an unfortunate transaction but probably an exceptional one from Mytubs point of view. Good luck for the future. regards. E S SMITH....

Not sure what happened with this one but initial 30 day lead time to obtain everyday plumbing materials isnt acceptable to my customers, especially as these products are manufactured in the uk. The order was fulfilled with 13 days after agreeing to pay an additional £9 VAT delivery charge. This is however, common in the UK plumbing supply industry & by no means exclusively a MyTubWolseleyMcAlpine problem. All products turned up as described and the communication by MyTub was very good. This has not put me off ordering from MyTub who are usually very good & this may have been out of their control.

Your price for the part I was seeking was the lowest, and although your supplier initially sent the wrong item, your persistence in getting them to rectify their mistake was outstanding. I ordered this sink on line and prepaid the cost . I was pleased to see that delivery charges had not been added. The sink was delivered within 10 days directly to our address. All in all, an excellent service which I would means I will definitely use MyTub again....
