Finally received a complete undamaged wc! Thank you all so much for your extra effort and perseverance in making sure the reordered items reached us intact. I appreciate that Mytub were in no way at fault for the extra waiting time and have been impressed with the regular updates provided. Hi, In general the speed of order was very prompt, I ordered on Sunday and received the part on Tuesday.
Unfortunately the part did not fit, with the attachment being too large. This does make me wonder why you are advertising indesit parts, that do not fit

Very nice and sturdy unit with nice deep sink now fitted, but ... rather difficult to fit as:
a holes for plug and tap were not flat, so lots of silicone required to make neat and watertight
b only a hole on one side of the sink to secure to wall - could do with one on both sides to hold it stable
c no levelling adjusters provided on cabinet, and made unnecessarily complicated to level by having 5 fixed feet on it.
I would not buy this if I was getting someone else to fit, as they would not be able to fit it very well in the time they had allocated to the job.
Also think twice before buying a ready-assembled vanity unit if the pipework means you need to cut away the back at all - it is quite awkward to get at once assembled, whereas the parts of a self-assembly one can easily be cut o...

Good price, prompt delivery - excellent customer service. Ordered online and Internet problem meant I had to start my order again. Second attempt worked no problem. Within minutes I got a phone call from a charming lady who said she had noticed that I appeared to have ordered two firebacks within minutes of each other. Did I really want them both or just one I told her what had happened and she said not to worry she would sort it out and arrange to refund my card.
