Delay was caused by your supplier and then the item went missing in transit - however you were on the case before the estimated delivery date and kept me informed at every stage without prompting. Service was excellent. I placed an order and received both confirmation and anticipated dispatchdelivery details.
I also received a further e-mail to advise that the parts that I had ordered would be delivered on a specific daydate within the expected delivery timescale and the parts arrived, exactly as advised.
An excellent aervice all round.

Very quick delivery once I decided to place the order with the slight risk the parts were incorrect. It turns out they are correct. Pity your supplier contacts were unable to confirm for sure and didnt even bother to reply to you it seems....

Overall, a not very good experience, admittedly dealing with a tricky problem. Let me first say though that the staff I corresponded with were absolutely first rate- a credit to you.
Having said that, It took over two months to locate and ship the part I was looking for, despite having been promised it would be delivered much earlier. Also, the punitive shipping charges meant it was nearly as cheap to buy two as one- so I did. I guess this means you do not want small bits of business.
Finally, and not really your fault, the part I was sent was not a copy of what I was trying to replace. It looks like the supplier has tried to produce a universal part to replace many minor variations on the same theme that have been produced over the years. It did not fit.
