Ordered a bathroom worktop on line. Was advised by email of progress and it was supplied locally and delivered by that firm. While I was very impressed with the speed I received the first part I ordered, I actually ordered 2 of them & have yet to receive the second. The delivery note suggested that one was being delivered & one was on back order, but so far it hasnt turned up...
