I cannot comment on the basin itself, as the plumber still has to fit. The delivery was exceptional. I missed the van in the morning but the driver put a personal note through the door with his phone number which I called, and he delivered on the way back to the depot. That is terrific service. the staff at mytub were very helpful in finding the part i needed for my shower and even though the part was only £10 the level of service i received was oustanding from start to finish you would think i had spent thousands of pounds, excellent communication, i was kept upto date at every stage of my order and very fast delivery. this has to be the best company on the internet, staff who are genuinely interested in helping no matter how much money your spending, service at its greatest. thank you Mytub...
