well pleased bath delivered as stated - nice people to phone & are actually very helpful maybe they can give some pointers to british gas or bt on a part time basis.the only downside was the delivery driver who looked thoroughly hacked off but there again he was a londoner....

I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! The product arrived promptly and was as described.
My one complaint is the packaging that was used. For the single support tube of about 12mm x 150mm, it arrived in a box that was about 300mm x 200 x 200, packed with another folded box, inflated plastic packing and was inside a padded envelope. All that was required was the padded envelope with a stiffener inside to stop the tube getting broken. In these days of trying to reduce packaging, this went totally the opposite way...
